Organic: not only honey
but a lifestyle
Being a beekeeper today is more of a mission than a job. Being certified organic beekeepers, even more so. Never as in this historical period are we trying to re-evaluate a profession that, in the eyes of many, is not a profession.
We are all pro-tempore guardians of this planet, just as we are also guardians of our humanity. Bees have been so uninterruptedly for 4 million years.
The Marche region, a unique
place for landscape diversity
Not all honey is harvested in the same apiary. In fact, almost never. Honey is a photograph taken from above. Each area where our hives are placed has its own peculiarity which we try to promote and enhance in the best possible way. We have many apiaries that we move from the hills to the mountains of the Marche region in spring.
This allows the entire ecosystem to continue to live as the Bees perform that miracle called Life through pollination, giving it to all the flowers they visit daily. In the mountains, where there are only pastures and woods, our mountain wildflower honey comes to life.
