It enhances learning and memory functions, limiting and preventing situations of cognitive deterioration, also improving cerebral blood flow.
Contraindications
Those allergic to bee venom, suffering from asthma or with high allergy incidence (especially hay allergy to Graminaceae, Cupressaceae, Betulaceae, Salicaceae, Fagaceae, etc.) should avoid the intake of any hive product. It is always advisable to undergo allergy tests before starting therapy. Particular caution is required for pregnant women, lactating women and especially children of pediatric age, for whom pollen may contribute to allergic sensitivity.
Recommendations
for use
Just as all hive products, the effect of pollen is dependent on the dose.
To obtain the maximum spectrum of therapeutic activity, it is recommended to take at least 300 mg/Kg of body weight (about 20 g for an adult of 60 kg) per day, until the product is finished; the dosage may be reduced considering the simultaneous intake of other drugs for the same illness.
For the nutraceutical function alone and for the prevention of seasonal illnesses, 10 g per day (about one spoonful) is sufficient for at least 1 month.
It should preferably be taken in the morning, before or during breakfast; for proper absorption of the product it is important to let it remain in an unheated liquid for at least a couple of hours (e.g.: milk, yogurt, water and lemon, iced tea, etc.).

Store in the freezer or alternatively on the lower shelf of the refrigerator (if consumed within 10 days of opening). An accidental defrosting for a few hours does not cause damage to the product.
