Origin

Sugar secretions of sucking insects (sugary substance released by aphids > 40%), especially Psyllidae family which feed on sap or other liquids on live parts of various plants; also nectar of other plants in non-majority quantities. However, the most important species in Italy are associated with the Pomoideae and with the pear tree in particular.

No GMOs are present and no ionizing treatments are applied.

Contraindications

Product abuse (more than 60 g per day) is not recommended. Allergy sufferers with high allergy occurrences (in particular hay allergy to Graminaceae, Cupressaceae, Betulaceae, Salicaceae, Fagaceae, etc.) should avoid the intake of any hive product, including honey, due to potential allergenic pollen contamination. Keep out of the reach children under the age of 3.

Recommendations for use

The richness of smells and flavors goes well with cheese just as the various types of Pecorino present on the national territory. Its mineral-rich composition makes it an invigorating and toning product.
